Thanksgiving Extravaganza!

We went with the Glynns and Chavez to Park City for Thanksgiving and had tons of fun. This is a pic of our amazing thanksgiving dinner. Jessica did an amazing job on the turkey and we all ate too much for our own good.

Thanksgiving wouldn't be thanksgiving without a classic cider pic. We told Jessica not to down too much alky cause she is prego, but she wouldn't listen. haha

Zach's job was to get the meat off the turkey, but instead he raped it. It was classic!
We spent most of the weekend feeling up on Jordy's tummy and feeling the baby kick. He is a tough little buggar! When she turns around, you can't even tell she is pregnant, it's amazing!

We made a trip to the outlets when they opened at midnight on black Friday. We waited in a left turning lane for about half hour to try to get into the outlets because there were so many people trying to get in. It was insane. The sales weren't all that great, but a lot of us had never experienced the chaos of black Friday, so it was a fun experience.

We went to main street in Park City to check out the shops and heard lots of screaming and saw cops everywhere. There were a bunch of people protesting fur. Jessica, Jordy and I heard them screaming, "You must understand, their blood is on your hands," and all looked at each other in fear. I had fur on my boots, and they each has fur on their jackets. Although it was faux fur, we weren't sure if they would drench us with red paint or spit on us. Jordy was brave and went first and although they didn't dump paint on us, we got some pretty nasty looks. We later realized that some of them had fur on their jackets and were wearing leather shoes. Go figure! It was an interesting experience nonetheless.

Brett demanded that we play dice until he won, which took about 5-6 times. He finally won and didn't even rub it in our faces too bad, I was so proud.

All in all, we had an amazing weekend and I am so glad to have such great friends. I feel like this is the last time we will be able to do something like this because they are both expecting babies soon. I am really excited to have friends with babies so I can hold them, but also sad because we probably won't be able to pick up and leave. Thanks for coming and making our thanksgiving weekend so much fun!

The next thing I have to look forward to is going to Florida for Christmas. I am so dang excited, I have to try not to think about it too much or I kind of freak out.

A big thanks to you and Brett for hosting the weekend in Park City. We will never forget our first Thanksgiving away from home. Love you lots!
